Local newspaper calls us "conquerors" - LOL
I'm not sure that we really feel like 'conquerors' ('conquistadores' in Spanish) or what it is that we have conquered (the Bruce Highway?), but we are humbled by the incredible local support and interest over the last months.
Also, did you know that we're holding meetings in Brisbane Thursday (tomorrow) and Friday night. Tell your friends.

... I must say I've been teaching about you guys along with the conquistadors for the last month in fifth grade. While you did not 'conquer' new territory, most of the conquistadors did not either and some like Fransisco Pizarro even used roads. :) |
